PROJECT :: Rocky Ford

LOCATION :: Lone Oak, Texas

DESIGN :: Located on the banks of scenic Lake Tawakoni, the amenity center at Rocky Ford was
designed in harmony with it’s natural environment. Utilizing native topography, the design of the site is organized into natural terraces: an entry and arrival area, a transitional area treated with meadow grasses and wildflowers, and an active area featuring swimming pool, pavilion, fire pit and decks for lounging and dining. The simple use of rustic materials, intuitive division of space and visual connection to water beyond contribute to this human-scaled, well integrated neighborhood center.
