PROJECT :: Heritage

LOCATION :: Fort Worth, Texas

DESIGN :: Considered the epicenter of residential
life in Fort Worth’s Alliance corridor, Heritage
represents the culmination of pedestrian-oriented
planning, preservation of natural features, and
development of community-minded open space.
Using a palette of native plants, rustic materials
and neo-traditional design, Garthoff Design has
worked extensively with the owner to develop
several phases of this community, including
monumental entries, pocket parks, trails and
passive open spaces.
