DESIGN :: Luxury town home development in north Mississippi. Through extensive site planning, Garthoff
Design developed a low-impact landscape design that takes advantage of native topography, hardwood forest, and borrowed views from Fazio-designed golf course. Open space permeates the community, concentrating
in central park featuring boardwalk, water feature, and informal gathering spaces. Community trail system connect neighbors with golf course, open space and regional trail system beyond.
