PROJECT :: Dallas Police – South Central Division

LOCATION :: Dallas, Texas

DESIGN :: This LEED certified campus seamlessly blends contemporary design with sustainability. Tree bosques are arranged to reflect architectural rhythm and mitigate solar gain, on-site run-off is captured to create rain gardens, and native plants are utilized to reduce water usage. An entry plaza is created with permeable paving and blocks of native limestone, while blocks of mass planting reinforce architectural design.
